In addition to his personal coaching firm, epiK, Phil is currently an international team member with CRM, a church leadership development initiative based in Anaheim, California.
Leadership is common to culture – be it in a Cambodian village or a white steeple church in New England. This diversity results in the work of CRM looking at times vastly different dependent upon context.
Phil is also a collaborator, with author and missiologist Alan Hirsch (The Forgotten Ways, Untamed, ReJesus, Right Here Right Now) in Future Travelers, a learning laboratory of churches that are re-forming ministry and mission around organic and seminal movement dynamics (Missional DNA) found in historic shifts that moved the church forward outside the institutional environment so prevalent in the developed world today.
