WHAT? WHAT?
reFocusing is a comprehensive leadership development and cultural
change process that transforms churches and followers of Jesus Christ
into influential members of their community. It includes training
events, coaching, networking and resourcing for pastors, leaders and
congregations.
HOW? Many pastors and Church leaders are not adequately prepared to navigate the complex leadership challenges they face. Going to a seminar, getting an idea, trying to implement it, adjusting and starting over when it does not fit the context can be pretty discouraging. When the leader, as change agent, cannot even begin to know how to lead change, everyone suffers. Leaders usually suffer alone and grapple with what to do next. It seems as if we are facing the greatest challenge: Change or Die.
reFocusing pairs you with like-minded pastors who will allow you to experience deep encounters with Christ, develop supportive relationships, collaborate on real ministry challenges, receive timely coaching, and be trained in a discovery-based curriculum that utilizes the latest in adult learning theory, all in the context of a learning community. We call it a Pastors' Network.

Leadership is common to culture – be it in a Cambodian village or a white steeple church in New England. This diversity results in the work of CRM looking at times vastly different dependent upon context.
